The principle of partnership in Comenius project
"All Equal at European schools"

  1. Teachers should sign a contract with the students participating in the project and also with their parents.
  2. Electronic correspondence will not be handled via private email accounts. All information will be sent through Wikispaces and received in the same manner.
  3. Each party shall have its "discussion board" which will be used to exchange information, messages (so that everyone knows the current status of the project in each country/school).
  4. Each school/country will provide the dates of its activities and visits to complete the calendar.
  5. Each school shall invite its students to join wikispaces.
  6. Students will provide their photos and sign them.
  7. On the discussion board we add a new topic "Let's get to know each other" that students will use to exchange information about themselves.
  8. Then we post group work topics. Students are supposed to form multinational groups and select their own "topic area" they want to work in, e.g. systems of education in partner countries, the disabled in society [and especially at schools], intolerance and related problems in partner countries/schools,
  9. All rough drafts should be uploaded onto Wikispaces for the other members of the group to contribute to the final product such as a presentation, short film, etc.
  10. Each school / country will announce a photography contest entitled “Intolerance and other related issues in pictures/photos”
  11. Each school will prepare and give a workshop on fighting discrimination to students in their schools on 21/03/2011, which is The International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination – the workshops will be later given to the other students during mobilities or we can do it on-line
  12. We should set the timetable for our ongoing activities (apart from the meetings we agreed on). We need a schedule for the students to stick to, e.g.
  13. by 15/12/2010 – joining wikispaces, creating their profiles with a current picture and introducing themselves
  14. by 24/12/2010 – getting to know each other, exchange of information, for example SKYPE for online meetings, chats
  15. 24/12/2010 – 02/01/2011 – Christmas season, exchanging e-cards, etc. (online, of course)
  16. 03/01/2011-10/01/2011 – creating workgroups of students; each group should comprise students from all the partner schools
  17. 10/01/2011- 15/01/2011 – choosing / assigning the topic to work on in particular groups starting from 16.01.2011
  18. The final product will be be a calendar Human Rights Calendar about the most important dates about equality in OUR schools.
